Benefits & Effects:
Softens the bowels.

Useful for ending sciatica pain and long-term rheumatic pain.

Dosage:
Take one tablet twice daily.
After taking it, if the pain increases or becomes severe, reduce the dosage and take only one tablet four times a day instead.
Note (for constipation):
Take one teaspoon of Musabbar (Aloe) with warm water at night.
Or make a drink by adding three teaspoons of Qalmi Shora (saltpetre) to water.
Drink it lukewarm; continue until the bowels become regular.
